Timing is everything when it comes to marketing, and Look Lab came to Mabel six months before opening the doors to their luxury medispa in Westmere, Auckland. It meant we had plenty of time to create an on-brand website, brochures, vouchers, postcards and print ads, content for their social media platforms, and a launch event that reflected their high-end ethos. We also devised a public relations’ launch strategy that included traditional news outreach, but also influencer engagement.
Social media ads that concentrate on raising brand awareness and sending traffic to their website were rolled out post-launch and the brand’s organic social media posts were established by Mabel.
