When Edition — a luxury apartment development in Parnell — was conceived in 2018, we teamed up with Studio South to put words to their beautiful design work and imagery for a website, high-end brochures, and video content featuring the major players behind the residential project.

Some months later, we devised a strategy for reaching luxury buyers, communicating progress on the development with existing stakeholders and homeowners, and generating some hype in the media for what was to become New Zealand’s most expensive and lavish apartment. We secured media coverage for Edition in design media and daily newspapers, but our biggest coup for the client was a front-page story, the only story on the front page that day, in the New Zealand Herald on 5th August 2018.
